Movement — Embody
My vision of movement goes far beyond the physical body
Movement is one of the most powerful tools we have to meet the challenges of modern life: stress, anxiety, burnout, loneliness, sedentary living, emotional disconnection, chronic pain and the growing difficulty of being fully present in our own lives.
Modern life
A direct pathway back to ourselves
In a world where people spend more and more time sitting, consuming information and living in their minds, movement offers a direct pathway back to awareness, regulation, vitality, joy and connection.
When we move, we integrate, we embody, we become
My work is based on a simple understanding: body and mind cannot be separated. When we move consciously, we:
Improve movement quality
Reduce pain and prevent injury
Connect more authentically with others
Increase energy, vitality and self-esteem
Cultivate a deeper sense of trust in ourselves
Develop greater body awareness and sensitivity
Strengthen the connection between body, mind and emotions
Support emotional regulation
Feel more grounded and present
Release physical and emotional tension
Improve focus, attention and mental clarity
Regulate the nervous system and reduce stress
Reconnect with playfulness, creativity and self-expression
Experience greater freedom—physically, mentally and emotionally
“A rolling stone gathers no moss.”
— Ancient proverb
“The Buddha loved to walk. For the Buddha, walking is a way to remind oneself that mind and body are two separate aspects of the same thing. Walking is as simple as putting one foot in front of the other, but we often find it difficult or tedious. We drive a few blocks rather than walk to ‘save time.’ When we understand the interconnectedness of body and mind, the simple act of walking like the Buddha can feel supremely easy and pleasurable.”
— Thich Nhat Hanh, The Long Road Turns to Joy

Dance & Authentic Movement
Movement as creativity, self-discovery and expression.
Through dance, improvisation, Authentic Movement, and playful exploration, participants discover possibilities that structured exercise may not reach. These experiences invite curiosity, presence and the freedom to express what words cannot.
At the University of Innsbruck, I currently teach SOUL(O) — The Dance of Your Soul, a semester-long journey of self-discovery through movement. Participants explore different dance styles and ways of moving until they begin to uncover their own authentic expression.
SOUL(O) is currently offered exclusively within the university. However, its essence can be adapted into a workshop, special event, or individual 1:1 experience for anyone interested in discovering the unique flavour of their own soul dance.
Available for events, studios, organisations, festivals and 1:1 experiences

The 360 Training Method
Mobility · Fluidity · Elasticity
Created in 2020, the 360 Method grew from my experience across Pilates, yoga, dance, functional movement, fascia training and body–mind practices.
The method explores the body as one interconnected system. Through multidirectional movement, spirals, joint articulation, dynamic stretching and flowing sequences, it is designed to improve mobility, coordination, fluidity and elasticity while supporting the body's natural fascial tensegrity.
Rather than following one rigid system, the 360 Method invites teachers and movers to explore new movement possibilities, understand the relationships between different parts of the body and bring greater freedom, creativity and intelligence into their practice.

It is suitable for movement teachers, experienced practitioners and anyone ready to take their mobility practice to the next level.

Come back to play
Play is older than civilization
Animals play before anyone teaches them, and children discover themselves and the world through play. Play is not a break from learning. It is one of nature's original ways of learning.
When we approach movement with curiosity and playfulness, we become more open, creative and willing to explore. We learn more naturally, adapt more easily and discover possibilities that repetition and discipline alone may never reveal.
When was the last time you played?
Does the way you train truly feel aligned with your life?
When was the last time you moved simply for the joy of it?
Connection is one of the central values of my work. Whether I am teaching Pilates, Qigong, dance, coordination exercises or group games, my intention goes beyond supporting physical health. I want to create spaces where people can move together, laugh, explore, connect with one another and experience a genuine sense of belonging.
Take off the headphones. Step out of isolation. Move, play and reconnect with your body, with others and with the part of you that still knows how to feel fully alive.
Start where you are
One small step towards a more embodied life
Whether you are looking for a regular group class, private guidance or a new movement experience for yourself, your community or your organisation, I would be happy to help you find the right place to begin.
